What We Collect
When you fill out our contact form, we collect your name, email address, phone number (if you choose to share it), and your message. If you sign up for an event, the ticketing platform we use – Eventbrite or Posh – collects whatever details that platform requires. We don’t collect anything else, and we don’t track you across other websites.
How We Use It
We use your information for one thing: getting back to you. That means replying to your inquiry, sending you details about an event you signed up for, or following up on a partnership request. We may occasionally send updates about upcoming DC Gals events if you’ve asked to hear from us.
What We Never Do
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to anyone, ever. We don’t share your details with brands or venues we partner with unless you’ve explicitly asked us to connect you.
Event Photos
We take photos at our events and share them on Instagram and TikTok. If you’d rather not appear in a photo, just tell an organizer at the event or email us afterward and we’ll remove it – no explanation needed.
Third-Party Platforms
We use Instagram, TikTok, Bumble BFF, Eventbrite, and Posh to run our community. When you interact with us on those platforms, their own privacy policies apply to that activity, not ours.
Your Choices
You can ask us at any time to show you what information we have about you, correct it, or delete it entirely. Email us and we’ll take care of it. You can unsubscribe from our updates whenever you like.
